Kingborough Lions stunned Melbourne Victory 3-0 in the Australia Cup at the Showgrounds in Hobart. Around 3,000 fans turned up and watched the A-League side lose pretty badly, the loss ending Victory's cup campaign on the spot. Further south, Melbourne City had a much calmer outing beating Weston Bears 3-0. The two Melbourne sides now press on to the round of 16. Victory shifts focus to their next league match after the shock loss.
